Our rates vary depending on the two seasons, either it be Summer or Winter.
All Year Rates
- $130 per night
- $780 per week (1 night free)
Extra Charges
There may be some extra charges depending on your party.
- $50 cleaning fee
Deposit Policy
For reservations, 50% of the rental is required at the time of booking. Paid to “Jerry Benner” by email money transfer. Once the deposit has been received, your lodging is confirmed. The balance is due upon arrival.
Confirmation
Your reservation is held exclusively for you AFTER a deposit of half the total amount of your stay is received and we have your full name, address, and telephone number the dates will also be blocked on AirBnB where guests can Instant Book. If there is a request on AirBnB for the dates you have inquired about, and you have not met the confirmation requirements, an effort will be made to invite you to confirm your reservation immediately. If after your opportunity to confirm your reservation has not been met, your dates will be released to the second inquiring customer.
Cancellation
Confirmed vacation rental reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if you must cancel, we will attempt to re-rent your holiday accommodation. If we are successful, you will be refunded the full amount. The other alternative is we can hold your deposit for a different available date.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is our priority. No information collected by us will be shared with anyone outside of Big Tree Cottage.
